A private driver in Paris isn’t a taxi with better seats. It’s built for people landing on a long-haul flight, heading to a meeting they can’t be late for, or who simply don’t want to queue at a taxi rank with luggage after ten hours in the air. Your chauffeur speaks English, knows the city, and has your itinerary before you land. The fare is fixed before you leave, not metered — you know the cost when you book, whether you start from a hotel, CDG, or Orly. Flying in from Algiers, Doha, or Riyadh? The driver tracks your flight directly, so a two-hour delay doesn’t cancel your pickup, it just moves it — and the first 60 minutes of airport waiting are already included.

How it actually works

Send us your pickup point, destination, and flight number if you have one. We confirm the car, the driver, and the all-inclusive fare before you travel — then your driver meets you at the door, or on arrivals with a name sign, and drives you straight there. No meter, no surge, no scramble for a taxi at the rank.

Choose your car

Mercedes E-Class

Best for solo travellers and business transfers. Up to 3 passengers and 2 suitcases — the everyday choice for airport runs and meetings.

Mercedes S-Class

Best for VIP and executive travel where quiet matters as much as punctuality. Up to 3 passengers and 2 suitcases, with wide reclining rear seats.

Mercedes V-Class

Best for families and small groups. Up to 7 passengers and 7 suitcases, with child seats on request — the workhorse for Disneyland and group airport pickups.

Mercedes-Maybach

Best for weddings, red-carpet arrivals and clients who want the top of the range. Up to 2 passengers and 2 suitcases in first-class comfort.

Sprinter & minibus

For larger groups, event shuttles and delegations that outgrow the V-Class. Seat count and luggage are confirmed on your quote so nothing is left to guess.

Fixed, all-inclusive pricing

On most routes — inside Paris, CDG, Orly, Gare du Nord, Gare de Lyon — the fare is fixed and shown to you before you book, based on distance, vehicle, and time of day. All-inclusive means what it says: tolls, fuel, the airport meet & greet, and the first 60 minutes of airport waiting are already in the price. There is no meter, no hidden surcharge on the bill later, and no night-time markup you didn’t agree to. A few cases go to quote instead — Beauvais and Le Bourget airports, long-distance day trips, or an exception car like the Maybach or Rolls-Royce — because the distance or the vehicle changes too many variables for a flat rate. You still see that quote before you confirm, never after.

Who this is for

An executive landing at CDG on a Monday morning for a 10am meeting, with zero margin for a taxi that doesn’t show.

A family flying in from Algiers for a wedding, four suitcases and two small kids in tow.

A Gulf client staying a week at an 8th arrondissement hotel who’d rather have a chauffeur on call than book each ride separately.

An executive running three meetings in one afternoon who keeps the driver waiting outside instead of calling a new ride every time.

Frequently asked questions

What happens if my flight is delayed?

The chauffeur tracks your flight directly — delay, early landing, terminal change. Pickup shifts automatically, at no extra charge.

Can I request a child seat?

Yes, if you mention it when booking. We fit the V-Class or E-Class with an infant or booster seat depending on the child’s age.

How much luggage can I bring?

It depends on the car: two standard suitcases in the E-Class or S-Class, up to seven in the V-Class. If you’re bringing something unusual — golf clubs, skis, a stroller — mention it at booking.

How does payment work?

Card, bank transfer, or a corporate account for regular clients. The fare is confirmed before the ride, so there’s nothing new to find out when you arrive.

Where will my driver meet me at the airport?

In the arrivals hall with a name sign, after you clear baggage and customs — at all CDG terminals (T1, T2A–G, T3) and at Orly 1–2–3 and Orly 4. If the terminal changes with your aircraft, flight tracking tells us before we position the car.

Do your drivers speak English?

Yes. Your driver speaks English and is briefed on your itinerary before pickup. French and Arabic-speaking chauffeurs are available on request when you book.

Can I book a private driver by the hour?

Yes. With hourly chauffeur hire the same driver stays with you and waits between stops — useful for back-to-back meetings, a shopping afternoon, or a day trip where you want the car on hand rather than re-booking each leg.

Can you arrange day trips to Versailles, Disneyland or Champagne?

Yes. We run door-to-door trips to Versailles, Disneyland Paris and the Champagne vineyards as half or full days, with the driver waiting to bring you back. These are priced as a fixed fare or a quote depending on distance and waiting time.
